PROBLEM-SOLVING
The School Cafeteria Part II
After answering the questions on the worksheet. Each group will present the problems they found and with the help of the teacher they will reduce the problems to 2 main problems. The groups with the teacher will verify and decide with whom they think they will be able to solve the problem and after checking with those involved, on the part of the cafeteria and on the part of the school, they will decide with whom each team will work.
Then, each team with the people involved will have to sit down to work like this:
Each group will discuss the problem and the causes with those involved. Then they will have to agree about which alternatives are necessary towards the solution of the problem. Together they will evaluate the alternatives that can lead to a certain level of standards towards the goal.
They subsequently evaluate the possible results and decide on the indisputable actions to reach the solution. Afterwards, each group will arrive with the alternatives and solutions decided and allowed by those involved. After a conversation, debate and voting , for the final decision about the solutions. Afterwards, each group will take the steps towards the solution and be responsible for their part.

At the end of this work, each group will prersent its part of the project to the audience of the school : Direction, Administration, Teachers, Parents and students. Each group will have to answer the questions of the audience.

Project conclusion

When the solution to the problem has been made and carried out by the students and those involved, The groups will decide on a pilot test to check the implementation of the solution after one month and then in the long term. And they will prepare a program to monitor the cafeteria every three months and report to those involved, on its situation.
